Process Engineer Operator Grad 1- 4 years max
Site 5 days oil & gas
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new production processes
- Analyze current processes and identify improvements
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure processes meet safety and environmental regulations
- Optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs
- Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance)
- Conduct risk assessments and process simulations
- Maintain documentation and reports on process performance
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of process modeling and simulation tools
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Data analysis and continuous improvement mindset (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (often 1–5+ years)
- Certifications like Six Sigma (optional but valued)
Work Environment
- Manufacturing plants, refineries, or production facilities
