You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work, while supporting ongoing business development.

Negotiating leases and sale agreements

Building client relationships and supporting team growth

The Candidate
nn
Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (2+ PQE preferred)
nn
Experience in commercial property transactions
nn
Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
nn
Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team
