Investor Relations / Fundraising Specialist (Private Equity)
We are working with a leading investment firm seeking a professional to support fundraising and investor relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and update marketing materials for fund launches (teasers, pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs)
• Coordinate responses to DDQs and RFPs for existing and prospective investors
• Manage datarooms and document repositories
• Analyse fund and portfolio data for marketing and quantitative DDQs
• Support cross-functional initiatives, including ESG topics
Candidate Profile
• Degree in Finance or a related field
• 2-4 years’ experience in financial services or consulting, ideally with Private Equity exposure
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (data/programming a plus)
• Fluent in English and French
Salary
• Discretionary depending on experience
