In a short space of time, it has established itself as a major player in the UK market, supporting thousands of merchants with a modern, reliable payments platform designed specifically for face-to-face transactions.

With a strong presence across multiple countries and billions in annual transaction volume, the business is entering its next phase of growth.

We’re hiring a BDR Manager to take ownership of building and evolving a high-performing outbound sales function.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape how pipeline is generated, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. You’ll play a key role in defining outbound strategy while developing a team focused on the mid-market segment.

Responsibility:

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of BDRs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape outreach strategy
  • Define targeting approaches and refine account segmentation
  • Continuously improve messaging, cadences, and engagement tactics using data
  • Oversee outbound activity across multiple channels
  • Ensure strategies are effectively translated into execution
  • Take ownership of pipeline generation targets
  • Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure strong conversion from initial outreach through to qualified opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers
  • Maintain strong communication loops around lead quality and conversion

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing or mentoring BDR/SDR teams (Must be from a fintech or payments background)
  • A track record of delivering strong outbound results and exceeding targets
  • Experience working in a scaling business across the UK or EMEA
  • Exposure to mid-market sales environments
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, BANT)

Package:

£75K – £90K base

£100K – £130K OTE

Location: London – Must be willing to be in the office 3-4 days a week
