Job Description:

Business Development Consultant with B2B relationship management, financial services and sales experience required by a firm operating within the MPS, FinTech and broader investment management space. In this Business Development Consultant role you’ll engage advisers with a well-performing investment proposition and convert that traction into measurable asset growth and asset raising, alongside personal progression and a competitive, uncapped bonus and benefits package.

This role would most likely suit a Business Development sales professional looking to build on their experience of selling into the IFA space with a company ready to reward your success with career advancement and financial opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver activity against KPIs and targets
  • Build relationships with financial advisers and IFAs
  • Execute outbound sales calls and meetings
  • Drive new business development and lead generation activity
  • Follow up event and marketing leads
  • Support adviser events and client meetings
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams

The right candidate will have:

  • Financial services / investment management / wealth management experience (working with planners essential)
  • Proven sales experience
