Freshwater Recruitment is working with an international Law to appoint a Senior Change Manager. This role is at the centre of a significant transformation agenda, with responsibility for shaping how change is delivered and embedded across the organisation.
You will play a key role in leading and coordinating change management across a portfolio of projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure change activity is structured, joined-up, and focused on real adoption and business impact. Alongside delivery, you will help develop and embed a consistent approach to change management across the organisation, while also managing and supporting a small team of change professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead change management across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure the people and behavioural aspects of change are effectively addressed
- Develop and embed a practical, consistent approach to change across the business
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Change Managers
- Work closely with programme and project teams to integrate change into delivery plans
- Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation
- Identify and manage resistance to change in a pragmatic and constructive way
About you
- Significant experience leading change in complex, matrixed organisations (professional services experience preferred)
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and executives
- Experience developing or improving change capability within an organisation
- Strong leadership experience, including managing or mentoring change professionals
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong communication and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies, applied in a flexible and pragmatic way
- Experience supporting technology-enabled or digital transformation is an advantage
