Brief Description
We’re hiring Financial Accounting Specialists to help train and evaluate AI systems on real-world accounting workflows.
You will translate accounting knowledge into structured tasks and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated accounting work for correctness
- Translate workflows into structured tasks
- Analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and entries
- Provide feedback to improve AI outputs
- Document accounting logic and decisions clearly
Domain Focus
- Month-end and year-end close
- Journal entries, accruals, reconciliations
- Financial reporting and compliance
- GAAP / IFRS
- Audit and internal controls
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in accounting, audit, or financial ops
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- CPA preferred but not required
