Logixs Search is a specialist recruitment consultancy partnering with leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics businesses across the UK, Europe and the USA. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a driven Recruitment Consultant to our team.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Logixs Search, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. You will work closely with clients and candidates, developing long-term partnerships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across international markets.
You will be given the autonomy to grow your own desk, with support, training and clear career progression from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Building and managing client relationships within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
Sourcing, qualifying and placing candidates across the UK, Europe and USA
Managing recruitment assignments from initial brief through to successful placement
Developing and expanding your specialist market desk
Delivering a consistent, high-quality service while achieving performance targets
What We Are Looking For
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (logistics or freight forwarding experience is advantageous but not essential)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a performance-driven mindset
Self-motivated, organised and ambitious
A genuine interest in building a long-term recruitment career
