We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can blend strategy, creativity and commercial drive — someone who can own the full marketing and sales cycle, elevate brand presence, and help build a growth-focused culture across the organisation.
What you’ll lead
- Developing a deep understanding of products, services and market position, using insight to shape strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Creating and delivering integrated sales and marketing plans that strengthen their presence in existing and emerging markets.
- Leading owned, earned and paid media activity — including paid campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement and conversions.
- Designing and executing campaigns that improve market penetration, including segmentation, profiling and lead‑generation systems.
- Producing high‑quality sales and marketing collateral (hands‑on or through managing freelancers/contractors).
- Tracking market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform decision‑making and quantify new opportunities.
- Managing sales and marketing budgets, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring alignment between marketing activity and revenue targets.
- Working cross‑functionally to ensure customer feedback is captured, analysed and used to enhance products and services.
