Senior Recruitment Consultant – Quality Engineer

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established engineering manufacturer based in Bordon, seeking a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join their growing team. Monday–Thursday: 9am‑5pm, 9am‑12:15pm Friday

Job Description

• Carry out product and process inspections, producing clear dimensional and performance reports.
• Operate laboratory and QC equipment, including tensile and hardness testers.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Assist with internal, customer and external audits.
• Contribute to FMEA, APQP, Control Plans and other quality planning activities.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
• Confident root cause analysis and problem‑solving ability (8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone).
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
