Location: Worksop
This is a full‑time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary up to £40,000.00, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and visitors, ensuring the contract is operating within health and safety legal requirements and in line with the company policies and procedures
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate implementation of corrective actions and preventative actions where required
- Participate and support in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non‑conformances
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Holder of a NEBOSH general certification is required
- Analytical thinking to identify root causes of incidents and develop practical solutions
- Ability and confidence to influence senior stakeholders on all aspects of health and safety
- Proven experience managing Health and Safety
