Based out of our Shelton (Shropshire) office, you’ll be responsible for leading the more complex and larger projects within the programme, as well as supporting the team from a technical standpoint. You’ll support driving the programme from design through to completion, engaging with key stakeholders (both internally and externally) along the way. With a diverse programme across the Delivery department, you’ll see a wide range of projects with varying degrees of complexity, in terms of stakeholders and strategic implementation. You’ll be competent in managing the six aspects of a project, i.e. scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources.
You’ll come equipped with confident communication, team membership, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to working, and have excellent planning and organising skills. You’ll also bring your strong conflict management and negotiating skills and would ideally be NEC4 and APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualified. A full UK driving licence is mandatory for this role. Skills and experience are important, but character, positivity, and a caring attitude matter too.
