Company: Refined Networks
Apply for the Technical Product Manager
Location: London
Job Description:

About Us

Refined Networks offers the technology, logistics and ecommerce expertise to enable brands to launch and scale on the world’s biggest online marketplaces.

Since 2021, we’ve partnered with 100+ brands to launch on leading platforms like Nordstrom, Macy’s, John Lewis, Next and Zalando. Our global 3PLs provide direct-to-consumer and wholesale fulfilment capabilities, offering a holistic cross-border solution for improved customer experiences and reduced operational costs. Headquartered in London with a global team, we’ve grown rapidly in the past 12 months.

The Role

We’re looking for a Technical PM to take full ownership of our operations and fulfilment product domain. This covers order management, inventory, replenishment and stock transfers: the ERP-adjacent layer that keeps brands running on our platform day to day.

You’ll own this domain end-to-end: shaping the roadmap, defining features, working with engineering through delivery, and being the person brands and internal ops come to when something needs a decision.

Domain

  • Order management: order flow, status, exceptions and fulfilment handoffs to marketplace partners
  • Inventory: stock visibility, availability logic and feed accuracy across channels
  • Replenishment & transfers: stock movement between locations, replen triggers and warehouse/DC coordination
  • ERP & integrations: stock feeds, sales exports, order data exchange and onboarding new integration patterns

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in a product or technical PM role, ideally in retail tech, OMS, WMS or ERP-adjacent software
  • Solid understanding of how inventory, orders and fulfilment data actually flows, not just conceptually
  • Comfortable in technical detail: API docs, data mappings, integration specs. You follow the conversation and ask the right questions
  • Strong written communication. Your specs should be the kind people actually read and build from
  • Good instincts on scope: knows what’s in, what’s out, and why it matters
  • Bonus: experience with marketplace dropship or wholesale workflows (EDI, SFTP, feed-based integrations)

Why join

  • Solve complex, real problems in a space that’s core to our business
  • Small team where your decisions have immediate impact
  • We use AI tooling heavily across product and engineering. If you’re already building AI into how you work, you’ll fit right in
  • Hybrid working, Central London-based team
