About this job
Field Service Forklift Truck Engineer, West Midlands, £35-45k. My client operates within the Forklift Truck sector. They currently have a requirement for an experienced field service engineer to cover customers in the West Midlands. Customer service is at the heart of their business, and success relies on their employees’ ability to understand the needs and experiences of each customer. Your goal will be to give customers a great impression and first-class service.
Hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Responsibilities
- Deal face-to-face with customers, handling forklift breakdowns, repairs & services, offering technical support and delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in forklift repair and maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- High standards, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Benefits
- A highly competitive base salary between £35,000 – £45,000. Salary will be dependent on experience and hours worked.
