Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality London | £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus
A landmark name in London’s luxury dining scene is looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the brand’s presence — from the physical guest experience right through to its digital identity.
This is a 360 marketing role at its core, but the heartbeat of it sits in two places: bringing the brand to life through bold, considered activations, and producing content that captures the atmosphere, craft, and detail that make the experience what it is. If you’re someone who is as comfortable briefing a creative agency as you are on the floor with a camera, this role was built for you.
The Role
You’ll lead marketing across all channels — social, digital, PR, partnerships, email, and events — with a particular focus on activation strategy and content creation. You’ll define how the brand looks and feels online, building a visual identity that reflects the quality and character of the spaces it represents. You’ll plan and execute campaigns around key moments in the calendar, drive brand partnerships, and be the person in the venue capturing the kind of content that stops the scroll.
Day to day you’ll work closely with the operational and F&B teams, ensuring the brand narrative is woven through every touchpoint — from a launch event to an Instagram story to a press placement.
The Person
- Proven marketing experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, luxury events, or a broader luxury lifestyle brand
- A strong eye for visual identity and brand consistency across digital channels
- Hands-on content creation experience — comfortable producing and directing content in a live environment
- Experience planning and delivering activations, from intimate brand moments to larger-scale events
- Confident managing agencies, photographers, and creative partners
- A natural communicator who can hold relationships at every level — from floor team to ownership
Why This One
This is a business with genuine ambition — a brand that takes its product seriously and wants its marketing to reflect that. You’ll have real creative ownership, senior visibility, and the opportunity to shape a brand identity from a meaningful position. The culture is collaborative, quality-obsessed, and moves at pace.
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus.
