We are currently working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business looking to add an Electrical & Controls Engineer to their site team. This is a hands‑on role combining electrical maintenance, installation work, and support across PLC/automation systems. You’ll be involved in fault‑finding, continuous improvement, and project work, helping to maintain and enhance production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical installation, maintenance, and fault‑finding on production equipment
• Support PLC diagnostics and minor modifications
• Assist with machinery upgrades, improvements, and project work
• Maintain electrical systems and ensure compliance with regulations
• Work closely with production and external contractors

Requirements

• Strong electrical background within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience working with PLC‑controlled machinery
• Ability to fault‑find across electrical and control systems
• Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition or equivalent)
