Are you an experienced Protection Adviser looking for a role where you can truly make a difference in clients lives?
We’re partnering with a respected, forward-thinking advisory firm that is growing its team and looking for a Protection Adviser to join their professional and collaborative environment. This role offers high-quality lead flow, allowing you to focus on giving advice and delivering outcomes rather than sourcing business.
Must haves:
You will play a vital role in safeguarding what matters most to clients, advising on:
• Life insurance
• Critical Illness Cover (CIC)
• Income Protection (IP)
You’ll manage applications end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a great client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, compliant protection advice
• Build long-term, trusted client relationships
• Assess applications against insurer criteria and underwriting requirements
• Work closely with the compliance team to maintain regulatory standards
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience advising on life insurance, CIC, and income protection
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and client-service focus
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
