An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a growing practice, with a clear mandate to lead and further develop the commercial property management function. This role would suit a confident, hands‑on commercial property manager who is ready to take ownership of a department, raise standards, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business. You will initially manage a mixed commercial portfolio across South London and Kent, while working closely with the Directors to strengthen processes, grow the team and expand the management offering. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support the commercial property management team
- Drive improvements across processes, reporting, service delivery and operational performance
- Work with Directors on departmental strategy, operational development and portfolio expansion
- Support the onboarding of new instructions and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
- Manage a mixed commercial property portfolio across retail, office and industrial sectors
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial property management
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage landlord and tenant relationships effectively
- Experience within a small to mid‑sized commercial property environment
- Confident communicator with clear leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
- MRICS desirable, but not essential for candidates with the right level of experience and capability
