At ZODIAC, we’ve deleted the “drudge.” We have built a best-in-class AI-augmented stack that handles the “how,” so you can focus on the “who.” We are looking for a Lead Experience Officer—a hybrid professional who is 50% world-class hospitality leader and 50% technology systems operator.
The Mission: Hospitality at the Speed of AI
You will be the architect of the guest experience both inside our Camden walls and across our digital community. You won’t be “running a shift”; you will be conducting an orchestra of human talent and machine intelligence.
- Managing the “Digital Twin”
You will oversee a 24/7 automated marketing and operations stack. While you are on the floor connecting with our community, your “AI agents” are busy:
- Executing 3-part re-engagement sequences to our 5,000+ members.
- Scouting local partnerships via automated outreach.
- Predicting weekend footfall and auto-adjusting stock orders and rotas.
- Engineering the “Vibe”
You will use real-time data to lead a world-class venue experience. This means using IoT and sentiment tools to ensure the lighting, music, and service pace are perfectly calibrated to the energy of the room.
- Community Outreach & Partnerships
In one hour, you will accomplish what takes others a week. You’ll leverage our AI ops to interface with Camden BID, Stonewall, and global tech partners to ensure ZODIAC remains the premier LGBTQ+ “safe space” in the UK.
The Stack (Your Toolbox)
We don’t use “legacy” software. You will lead a “Best-in-Class” computing environment:
- CRM/Engagement: Braze & Partnerships.community custom AI flows.
- Creative: Lyria 3 & Gemini 3 Flash for instant, high-fidelity asset generation.
- Operations: AI-predictive scheduling and automated procurement.
- Hardware: Integrated IoT venue controls and high-spec computing terminals.
Who You Are
The Operator: You have managed high-volume, high-stakes venues. You know what “good” looks like.
The Technologist: You don’t fear AI; you’re frustrated it hasn’t been implemented properly until now. You understand how prompts, triggers, and data flows create human outcomes.
The Cultural Leader: You are a champion of the LGBTQ+ community. You understand that technology is only valuable if it creates more space for human connection, safety, and joy.
