Job Title: Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Consultant (SC/DV Cleared Markets)

The Role
We are seeking a highly capable delivery-focused consultant to support hiring across key private client and central government accounts. This is a strategic, fast-paced role requiring the ability to manage multiple vacancies with minimal oversight. You will work across critical programmes, ensuring top-tier candidates are sourced, vetted, and onboarded efficiently and compliantly. An understanding of public sector hiring practices, especially around security-cleared roles (SC/DV) will be a bonus.
You must be organised, proactive, determined, and persistent and confident working independently in a high-stakes, policy-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage SC/DV cleared IT and engineering candidates
- Deliver across live roles in specialist markets
- Build strong candidate relationships
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Permanent and Contract recruitment
About You
- 2+ years’ recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven delivery-focused background
- Experience recruiting within IT and engineering
- Exposure to security cleared markets is desirableOrganised, proactive, and delivery-driven
