The Role:
As Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, driving financial insight and supporting strategic initiatives across the business. You’ll lead on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while helping shape the commercial direction of a modern, evolving organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial finance function, providing actionable insights to the leadership team
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive profitability and operational performance
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Develop KPIs and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for efficiency improvement

- Proven experience in a senior commercial finance role

- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling professional services environment is highly desirable
