Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Role duties and accountabilities

• Support SOP cycles from a commercial perspective, ensuring timely visibility of Key Performance Indicators across marketing investments, CAPEX, and financial guardrails
• Drive pricing and excise strategy alignment across the DRBU, ensuring consistency with EM and global guidelines
• Develop and implement resource allocation principles across categories, optimizing investments to deliver business targets
• Partner with Growth Capabilities teams to embed new concepts into business‑as‑usual resource allocation processes
• Lead CAPEX planning and prioritization, including review of investment proposals and business cases for regional approval
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring compliance with governance requirements
• Collaborate with regional, global, and market partners to support decision‑making and effective strategy implementation
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and strong delivery

Experience

• Strong experience in commercial finance, financial planning, or business partnering roles
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and senior partners in a complex environment
• Experience in budgeting, investment analysis, and financial governance processes
• Exposure to business case development and evaluation
• Proven experience in team management or leadership
