Maintenance Engineer (Shift)

Location: Witney, Oxford

Salary: Up to GBP 51,750 (GBP 45,000 Basic + 15% Shift Premium)

Hours: 40 hours per week, back shift Monday‑Thursday 16:45‑03:45 or 17:45‑04:45, no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all production machinery and facilities.
• Update and maintain factory systems.
• Work in line with health & safety on site.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with setting maintenance budgets and capex justifications.

Candidate Profile

• Experience maintaining an automated manufacturing facility.
• Multiskilled engineering background (mechanical and electrical).
• Level 3 engineering qualification (or equivalent).
