We’re looking for a Sustainability, Environment & Compliance Manager to lead our environmental reporting, carbon data, and regulatory compliance across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we measure, manage, and reduce our environmental footprint—while ensuring we stay ahead of fast-evolving sustainability regulations.

Lead carbon & sustainability reporting

  • Own our annual carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and ensure data is accurate, robust, and audit-ready
  • Deliver key disclosures, including climate and sustainability reporting
  • Turn complex data into clear insights for senior leadership

Own reporting & governance

  • Lead the delivery of our annual sustainability report and climate disclosures
  • Manage internal governance, approvals, and publication processes
  • Continuously improve the quality and transparency of our reporting

Drive decarbonisation

  • Support delivery of our carbon reduction targets and long-term roadmap
  • Track progress and identify opportunities to reduce emissions across the business

Manage compliance & emerging regulation

  • Monitor new sustainability and product legislation
  • Translate requirements into practical actions and business processes
  • Ensure ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions

Engage suppliers & stakeholders

  • Work closely with suppliers to improve data quality and reduce emissions
  • Partner with teams across Finance, Product, Supply Chain and Marketing

Support product & packaging sustainability

  • Help drive more sustainable materials and product initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with packaging, waste, and environmental regulations
  • Provide insights to support waste reduction and better design choices

Deliver sustainability programmes

  • Support new initiatives such as product traceability and digital sustainability data
  • Embed sustainability into systems, processes, and customer experience

Essential

  • Experience in sustainability, environmental, or carbon reporting roles
  • Strong understanding of carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3)
  • Experience managing complex projects and multiple deadlines
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience with carbon reduction targets and strategy
  • Knowledge of sustainability regulations and compliance
  • Background in retail, consumer goods, or similar industries
