Senior Finance Business Partner

A large, purpose-led organisation entering a significant phase of investment and transformation is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to sit at the heart of decision‑making and help shape how financial insight drives impact. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing commercial insight, financial challenge and strategic support across complex programmes and investments.

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Delivering high-quality financial analysis, insight and scenario modelling to inform choices and manage risk.
• Leading planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Supporting the development of investment proposals and business cases.
• Contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.
• Overseeing financial governance, controls and assurance.
• Monitoring financial performance and expenditure against budget.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong experience in an FP&A role.
• Able to translate financial detail into clear, practical insight for non‑finance audiences.
• Confident influencing and constructively challenging senior leaders.
