Overview

Engineering & Operations Manager – A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering & Operations Manager has arisen to work for an international organisation based in the Norfolk area. Hours – Monday – Friday (Days). Location – Commutable from Fakenham.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of maintenance engineers
• Managing a budget for the engineering department
• Take ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site
• Championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department
• Overseeing several small projects
• Strong leadership experience required for the role
• Ensure customer deliveries are achieved on time, in full, to quality and cost targets
• Forecast volumes and resource requirements aligned to budget and capacity
• Monitor performance, analyse trends and implement corrective actions
