Attribution Search is partnered with a leading global hedge fund to hire an Investor Relations and Product Development Associate into its London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, internationally focused team operating at the intersection of investor relations, product strategy and capital raising. The role offers broad exposure across investment teams, clients and senior stakeholders, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role

This position sits within the International Investor Relations & Product Development function, working closely with senior leadership. The role combines investor engagement, strategic support and product-related initiatives, providing a well-rounded platform for career progression.

You will play a key role in supporting investor communications, maintaining pipeline activity and contributing to the development of high-quality marketing and reporting materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to investor enquiries, due diligence requests and ad hoc communications
  • Support and attend investor meetings, including preparing briefing materials
  • Maintain and update investor data within CRM systems, including pipeline tracking
  • Assist with prospective investor engagement and fundraising processes
  • Develop and update marketing materials such as presentations, reports and quarterly updates
  • Conduct peer analysis, benchmarking and market intelligence research
  • Coordinate participation in industry events and conferences
  • Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements, including automation initiatives

Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in Investor Relations, Product Development or a related role within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take ownership
