Based in the North of the UK, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join their management team.
The successful candidate will have strong poultry knowledge, be commercially aware, and demonstrate effective people skills. You will be capable of maintaining high standards while working flexibly as part of a team.
This role will involve regular farm visits throughout the North of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Responsibilities include advising farms on best practice, promoting the high welfare standards adopted by the company, and ensuring farms are audit-ready, under the guidance of the Director of Agriculture.
