What you’ll be doing
- Managing client projects end-to-end, understanding requirements and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Identifying and engaging industry experts across global markets
- Conducting high-volume outreach (primarily phone-based), building rapport and securing expert participation
- Working across multiple live projects, often under tight deadlines
- Developing strong commercial awareness across industries, markets, and business models
- Supporting revenue growth through cross-selling additional services

Key criteria
- Fluent in French (C1 level or above, written and spoken)
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with senior professionals via phone and video
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a commercial environment
- Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain performance under pressure
- Curious and intellectually engaged, with a genuine interest in business and markets
- Able to think on your feet and build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated evidence of drive and commitment (e.g. internships, work experience, extracurricular achievements, leadership roles)
Salary and benefits
- £40,000 base salary + uncapped bonus (OTE £51,000 – £68,000 in year one)
