Job Summary

Base Pay Range
- Starting Salary: £28,000
- Location: London
- Job Position: Graduate Data Analyst – via Graduate Development Programme
Application Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subject
- Experience in analysing data
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities
Data Analyst
Transform complex data into actionable insights, create dynamic visualisations, and drive business decisions. Work with cutting‑edge tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop automated reports and dashboards.
Data Engineer
Design and maintain data pipelines, integrate multiple data sources, and ensure data quality in a cloud-based environment. Write clean, testable code and automate data transformation processes.
Data Scientist
Support quantitative research and management teams by delivering high-quality data models and exploratory analysis. Build robust data pipelines and collaborate across teams to drive data‑driven initiatives.

What Makes a Great Grayce Analyst
