No.1 Site Manager (Interior Fit-Out) | Permanent | Hertfordshire / London
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + packageLocation: Hertfordshire / London
I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a Main Contractor that specialise in interior fit-out projects, working on projects predominantly in London.
The company are a high-end D&B contractor that carry out interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including healthcare, commercial offices and residential, between £100,000 – £5m in value.
They currently have a lot of projects ongoing and many in the pipeline; they are a growing business and are looking to bring in a strong No.1 Site Manager on a permanent basis. The company offices are based near St Albans, Hertfordshire, and most of their work is within London.
Experience:
- Experienced No.1 Site Manager
- Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Interior fit out / refurbishment experience
- Ideally have experience working within Healthcare and Commercial sectors
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
- Excellent man management skills
