Used by thousands of global brands across retail, travel, automotive and financial services, the platform enables businesses to better understand their customers, build trust, and drive conversion.
They’re now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for retention and revenue growth across a portfolio of key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and ensuring they maximise value from the platform. This is a commercial Customer Success role, combining relationship management, strategic account planning, and expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with key customer accounts
- Drive renewals, retention and expansion revenue
- Deliver strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
- Provide consultative guidance on product usage and best practice
- Monitor product adoption and identify opportunities to increase value
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve outcomes
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic SaaS customers
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on retention and growth
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable delivering presentations and strategic reviews
