This role operates on early and back shifts, Monday to Friday, with additional compensation for shift working, alongside a competitive benefits package.

What you’ll be doing

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be at the heart of the production process, ensuring work is carried out safely, accurately and in line with strict regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out operational activities including start‑up, processing and cleaning, working with highly potent substances
  • Completing batch manufacturing records and associated documentation accurately and on time, in line with cGMP and SOP requirements
  • Setting up cleanroom environments and preparing and filtering bulk drug solutions
  • Maintaining exceptionally high housekeeping standards to keep the facility audit‑ready at all times
  • Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
  • Performing visual inspection activities on finished products
  • Working strictly to regulatory, quality and health & safety standards
  • Reviewing and following SOPs and work instructions
  • Ensuring all recorded data is accurate to support deadlines and compliance
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Reconciling finished product materials

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to speak with motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a busy, collaborative team. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment operating to GMP standards or a relevant scientific degree
  • Cleanroom experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
  • A strong eye for detail and clear communication skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for quality manufacturing
  • The ability to work to set timelines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexibility and a strong team‑player mindset
