Responsibilities
- Support recruiters and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire exceptional candidates by managing sourcing, screening, and candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate ATS records, and ensuring professional, timely candidate communications.
- Be an operational partner who improves recruitment workflows and helps deliver efficient, high‑quality hiring processes across multiple roles.
- Create positive first impressions for applicants, reduce time‑to‑hire through effective coordination and sourcing, and support assessment and selection.
- Proactively source technical candidates via job boards, social media and talent databases; prepare high‑quality shortlists and provide actionable hiring insights.
- Manage end‑to‑end interview scheduling across teams, act as the candidate touchpoint, and adapt quickly to changes to keep processes moving.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, post vacancies, oversee the recruitment inbox, and support screening and assessment coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment workflows, assist onboarding handovers, and support candidate engagement activities such as career fairs.
Qualifications, Training & Experience
- Minimum 1+ year in an internal recruitment or resourcing role, familiarity with ATS platforms and productivity tools, and proven experience managing recruitment processes and systems.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication are essential.
- The role will be a mix of remote and in office working, and being able to commute reliably to Birchwood, Warrington is a necessity.
