Job Description:

Industry experience: BFSI, Logistics, Healthcare. BDM to drive revenue growth in Singapore/ASEAN market. Role involved identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and closing deals while working closely with internal delivery and marketing/IS teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new leads, accounts, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute sales targets for ASEAN market growth
  • Build strong relationship with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and delivery sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Manage complete sales life cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate Sales/CRM records, forecasts and Pipeline reports
  • Monitor customer/market needs
  • Represent the company at industry events networking sessions, and meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business development
  • Strong understanding of Singapore/ASEAN market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience selling IT services /SaaS/local enterprises or regional clients is a plus
