Responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the University’s key IT systems and infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot systems and infrastructure.
• Design, deliver, and support systems and infrastructure projects.
• Manage support tickets.
• Enhance the knowledge base.
• Support the systems management team operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of M365.
• Experience with virtualised hybrid cloud technologies.
• Experience with identity management (AD Entra ID).
• Good communication skills.
• Teamworking experience.
