Highways Supervisor

We’re currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Newton Abbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience on a significant project and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Works Manager and ensure subcontractors are working to the required standards.
• Monitor performance to ensure all work meets the required minimum standards.
• Daily Diary: Basic IT skills required to complete daily reports and access contract documents.
• Start of Shift Briefings & Toolbox Talks: Lead and ensure safety and efficiency in team communication.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in a similar environment.
• A proactive, safety-focused attitude.
• IT proficiency to manage daily reports and contract documentation.

This is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. Rate is dependent on experience.
