Project Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering key projects for this dynamic organisation. Working with Marketing, Product, Digital and Engineering teams to organise the release of new products.

As the Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and activities
• Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project success
• Providing regular progress updates and reporting to project sponsors and leadership

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will possess:

• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects within a retail or similar environment
• Familiarity with digital/marketing projects
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Experienced in building relationships and key stakeholders
