- Booking in customers
- Checking customers in & out explaining the work carried out
- Up selling repairs and parts to customers
- Selling service plans
- Monitored on customer service feedback
- Must be motivated & able to work at a fast pace
Experience required
- Customer Service experience
- Confident speaking with people on the phone
- Excellent PC skills
