Flame Health’s Hearing Care division is currently working in partnership with a well-established, patient-focused healthcare provider to recruit an Ear Wax Removal Practitioner for a clinic based in Gerrards Cross area.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective ear wax removal services, primarily using microsuction techniques, within a professional clinical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive a high standard of care, with a strong focus on comfort, communication and clinical excellence. This role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available, making it well-suited to practitioners seeking a balanced working pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out ear wax removal procedures in line with best practice and clinical guidelines, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Provide clear advice, reassurance and aftercare support to patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, maintaining a professional and patient-centred approach.
Requirements
- Hold a recognised microsuction or ear wax removal qualification.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high standards of care.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to continue developing clinically.
Package & Benefits
A competitive salary of up to £27,000 (FTE, depending on experience) is available, alongside a performance‑related bonus scheme. The role offers flexible working options, with a minimum of three days per week.
