Technical Manager

I’m currently working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint a Technical Manager to support the delivery of high-quality residential developments across London.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of projects ranging from mid to high-rise residential schemes.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of the technical function across projects, ensuring design is coordinated, compliant, and delivered efficiently from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the design and technical coordination of residential schemes
• Overseeing consultants and ensuring information is delivered on programme
• Driving design solutions that are buildable, compliant, and cost-effective
• Managing planning conditions, building regulations, and approvals
• Supporting site teams through delivery and resolving technical issues

What they’re looking for:

• Experience as a Technical Manager / Senior Technical Coordinator within residential development
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning process
• Experience managing consultants and design teams
• Ability to work across multiple projects and stages
