Commercial/Corporate Solicitor | West Midlands | Hybrid Working | Very Competitive SalarynnOverviewnA reputable West Midlands law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial/Corporate Solicitor to take on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. This is a standalone role suited to someone confident, commercially minded, and able to manage a high quality caseload independently while supported by dedicated administrative staff.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnThe successful candidate will handle the full remit of commercial and corporate work, including:n• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contractsn• Preparing shareholders’ agreementsn• Managing business sale transactions (asset and share sales)n• Advising clients across a wide range of commercial mattersn• Providing clear, pragmatic, commercially focused legal advicen• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development as requirednnCandidate Requirementsn• 5+ years PQE within commercial and/or corporate lawn• Strong technical ability and confidence handling matters independentlyn• Excellent drafting and negotiation skillsn• Commercial awareness and the ability to advise businesses of varying sizesn• Ability to work autonomously in a standalone rolen• Strong communication and relationship building skillsnnSupport ProvidednAlthough this is a standalone fee earning position, you will receive administrative support with:n• File openingn• Billingn• General administrative tasksnnnneNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
