Job Title: Bi-lingual Executive Assistant to the Managing Director & Sales

Location: Manchester / Edinburgh

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Permanent

Reports to: Managing Director

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Managing Director and Sales leadership. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that executive and commercial operations run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive diary and email management for the MD and Sales Leadership.
  2. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel (domestic and international), including itineraries and logistics.
  3. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
  4. Track and follow up on key actions, deadlines, and priorities on behalf of the MD.
  5. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as the first point of contact when required.
  7. Support with onboarding, communications, and internal processes across the sales function.
  8. Handle ad hoc project work, reporting, and administration as required.

Key Skills & Experience

  1. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm and proactive approach.
  4. Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
  5. Confident using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  7. Second language highly preferred – Romanian, Dutch or German.
