Property Finance Solicitor – 2-4 PQE (Contract)
London – Hybrid (3 days in office)
Start: ASAP | Duration: 6-12 months
A leading international law firm is seeking a Property Finance Solicitor to join its highly regarded team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid‑level solicitor with strong property finance experience to step into a busy, sophisticated practice handling high‑value work.
The Role
– Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions
– Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
– Supporting senior lawyers on complex, multi‑jurisdictional deals
– Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment
About You
– Qualified solicitor with ideally 2-4 PQE in real estate finance
– Strong technical grounding and experience running transactions
– Confident working autonomously and delivering under time pressure
– Available to start at short notice
