Zerto / CDP SME – VMware, Linux, Windows – Hybrid, Contract (Opportunity) – London, UK

A large global organisation are seeking a Zerto SME to design, implement, validate, and operationalize a Zerto-based migration mechanism to enable scalable, low-risk workload migration.

This will be a contract that runs until the end of 2026 with the possibility for further extensions available.

This position will be worked on a hybrid basis, in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure Zerto.
• Integrate Zerto with different Hypervisor environments.
• Define and configure replication policies, migration plans, protection groups, bandwidth throttling and recovery parameters.
• Documented integration architecture
• Documented replication and migration configuration standards
• Documented validation results and test evidence for all supported use cases
• Identified limitations, risks, and product gaps with mitigation recommendations.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Zerto deployment, replication design, migration orchestration and troubleshooting
• Deep knowledge of VMware virtualization, storage, networking, and DR architecture
• Proven experience executing large-scale migration and bulk cutover scenarios.
• Solid Linux and Windows operating system knowledge
• Ability to design migration runbooks, fallback strategies, and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Experience integrating Zerto with KVM-based platforms.
• Automation and scripting skills for migration orchestration and validation
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments and production cutovers
• Experience supporting UAT and operational handover.
