Job Description:
Our client seeks a skilled Production Specialist for contract work building helicopter rotor trackers, aircraft cables, and engine monitoring units at their Chandlers Ford facility. Focus: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand soldering, crimping, PCB assembly per specs/drawings
- Test/inspect products to BoM standards
- Fault finding, rework/repair on PCBs
- Team collaboration and efficient operations
Essential Skills (2+ years):
- Electro-mechanical assembly (soldering, wiring, crimping)
- Identify electronic components (resistors etc)
Desirable:
IPC610/620 certs, conformal coating, PCB repair, NVQ L3 Electrical Eng, QC experience
