Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, England, High Wycombe

Emerging Channels and Markets Capability Senior CDM (SCDM) – EMEA eCommerce
This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid working policy). It’s a manager position reporting into the EMEA eCommerce Pure‑Play Capabilities Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with leadership to craft the European Social Commerce strategy and investment plans that align with Kenvue’s revenue targets. Play a pivotal role during the annual Amazon customer Joint Business Plan (JBP) negotiation cycles, establishing clear business objectives for the countries in scope.
- Go To Market: Create a consistent and scalable go‑to‑market strategy that empowers key markets to fully capitalize on Social Commerce opportunities. This strategy will focus on enhancing brand penetration for our key brands by delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience supported by operational excellence.
- Customer Centricity: Maintain an outside‑in perspective to anticipate future marketplace changes and develop solutions to drive positive results for Kenvue across Social Commerce and Amazon platforms. Deliver high quality customer contact driving positive engagement at buyer level, and across functions within the customer leading to improving AGS results. Closely partner with broader Amazon cross‑functional teams to deliver key sales, profit, investment and share ambitions for expansion markets in line with the EU 3 year plan. Oversee the set up of any new customers and channels through end‑to‑end co‑ordination.
- Executional Focus: Serve as the essential bridge between external customers and internal decision‑makers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor the daily execution of Kenvue’s plans with key customers in the Pure‑Players channel, including TikTok Shop and Amazon Expansion Markets, to drive success and optimize performance.
- Enhancing eCommerce Literacy: Elevate the organization’s eCommerce literacy by sharing valuable cross‑market insights and translating proven success models into actionable strategies. Empower teams across various markets to leverage these learnings and adapt best practices that foster growth and innovation.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide timely and insightful business updates to key internal stakeholders within the EMEA eCommerce channel, ensuring alignment and transparency in progress toward strategic objectives.
- Influencing and People Leadership: Develop effective working relationships with key senior internal and external stakeholders to provide expertise and data‑driven recommendations – this will include exec level engagements within Kenvue and with the customers. Although there are no direct reports, within the hybrid Pan EU structure there will be a dotted line from local KAMs into this role.
Experience & Qualifications
- Digital and Social Commerce Fluency
- Experience managing Tik Tok from a holistic perspective – Commercial and Brand
- Experience managing Amazon locally and/or at Pan EU level
- A track record of delivering profitable growth within customers in developed markets
- Experience of working within major global retailers (e.g. Tesco, Walmart, AS Watson)
- Ability to create an optimal commercial strategy and influence appropriate cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver results
- A strong understanding of the Digital Commerce ecosystem, particularly Digital Shelf and Retail Media
- Strong leadership qualities, with understanding of how to inspire and develop a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit; someone who proactively identifies issues and opportunities and leads the response of their team/the broader business to them
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and numerate, with the ability to pull insights from data and present them clearly.
- Fluency in English is required
