Here at ISS, in the midst of major growth, following the mobilisation of several major Accounts, we are looking to recruit x3 Energy Managers to join our central Sustainability team.

Here, reporting into a Senior Energy Manager you will provide an Energy Management service across the contract(s).

Depending on your location, you will either focus on a single account or multiple in your given region.

These contracts are focused on government customers but also a central bank, with each customer possessing a sizeable estate, with a signficant energy footprint.

You will be taking a lead role in supporting the deliver of year on year energy saving reductions to meet our client’s ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.

This is a fantastic role for an established Energy professional looking to grow within built environment space for a major organisation.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure the effective management of energy resources to meet ISS’s and client’s objectives and targets.
  • To identify, develop and support the implementation of new energy related opportunities.
  • Carry out all energy related tasks to ensure service provision and compliance.
  • To motivate and train colleagues and customer organisations in good energy management practices.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the energy requirements (legal, statutory and technical issues) which are applicable to and/or affect the Clients business.
  • Promote energy efficiency and provide advice and support for the development of energy saving conservation measures (ECM’s) with associated Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Develop and advise on energy solutions, developing these into working projects.
  • Undertake energy surveys in customers premises (offices and retail).

Qualifications

  • Comparable experience and an ability to pass a Government security check.
