We are working with a top performing, collaborative global hedge fund which is looking for a Product Specialist to join the team in London.
The product specialist will act as a key conduit between investment teams and institutional clients—helping articulate investment philosophy, strategy performance, portfolio risk, and market outlook. The role involves supporting capital‑raising activity, delivering high‑quality client materials, contributing to investor reporting, and partnering closely with teams across Strategy, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Treasury.
The position involves regular client interaction, preparation of detailed portfolio analytics, and staying on top of market developments and competitor products.
Requirements
- A degree in quantitative finance, maths, engineering or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of fixed income, derivatives, and volatility markets
- Experience in product management, investment strategy, portfolio management and/or trading
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence interacting with senior institutional investors
- Advanced technical skills (Excel, Bloomberg, presentation tools; programming a plus)
- A proactive, organised and highly motivated mindset
