Product Description Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Product Description Acquisition Specialist at Kingfisher. You will be the representative of product description data in project meetings with Category teams, providing updates on data status against CPA, raising concerns and mitigating risks to data delivery. A key focus is working with Vendors to collect data so that all data are available for all channels within the agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the end-to-end PDD collection process, including: CPA sign-off, data pre-population support for the range team, vendor engagement, training and onboarding to PIM, ensuring vendors achieve agreed collection SLAs through PIM and Vendor Portal, data validation against data model principles, range team data validation for accuracy, and sending data to translation with queries support.
• Deliver the OEB PDD acquisition in line with the CPA to the agreed brief.
• Deliver validated and translated PDD, packaging data and assets.
• Escalate and communicate risks and mitigations affecting range changes as required.
• Collaborate with Change Control and PIM Development teams.
